How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £3.50.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail’s Second Class, Signed For service.

If you require express delivery, please contact us before placing an order.

Our postage and packaging rates are based on cost alone and we make no profit on shipping.

What is your turnaround time and when will I receive my order?

Please note that each item has a specified turnaround time written in its description.

All personalised items are made to order and for this reason please allow 2-3 weeks for us to make and send out your unique piece.

Ready made, non personalised items will be sent within 3-5 working days.

We process, make and send all orders as quickly as possible. If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will try our best to meet your deadline.

 

What if I order multiple items with different turnaround times?

To minimise on both postage costs and our footprint, we will send all of your items together, in one package. So, if you order personalised bunting (with a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks) and a wish upon a star (with a turnaround time of 5-7 days), you will receive your whole, complete order when your personalised bunting is ready. Should you prefer to receive them separately, please get in touch with us at finnyandshuff@gmail.com or via our contact form.

 

Can I return an item?

*Please note that personalised items cannot be returned and are non-refundable*

  • If you need to return a non-personalised item, please email us at finnyandshuff@gmail.com or via our contact form to request a refund.
  • Items can be returned within 14 days from the date it was sent (we will hold the proof of original postage).
  • Items will need to be returned in perfect condition and in their original, or in adequately protective, packaging.
  • We are unable to process a refund if the items are in an unsalable condition.
  • The original delivery costs are non-refundable and you will need to pay for the return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service to guarantee that we receive the item, as we can not refund for items not received.
