What is your turnaround time and when will I receive my order?

Please note that each item has a specified turnaround time written in its description.

All personalised items are handmade to order and for this reason please allow 2-3 weeks for us to make and send out your unique piece.

Ready made, non personalised items will be sent within 3-5 working days.

We process, make and send all orders as quickly as possible. If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing an order and we will try our best to meet your deadline.

My order is a gift. Can you send it directly to the recipient?

Yes we can. Please enter a gift message at the bottom of the cart page and ensure their address is entered as the shipping address at the checkout. No receipt will be included in the parcel. 

 

How will my order be packaged?

We take great care in both our packaging and our footprint on this precious planet. All orders are packaged with acid-free tissue paper and shipped in kraft cardboard boxes. All packaging materials we use, are environmentally friendly and are recyclable.

 

What glaze colours do you offer?

We have a five colour palette:

sky blue | apple green | mango orange | salmon pink | sunshine yellow

 

What can I expect from the handmade nature of ceramic pieces?

Given the process of hand crafted ceramics, each and every piece we make is unique and you will never find two pieces exactly the same.

Please allow for slight variations of the positioning of lettering. The glaze colours you see on your screen may also differ slightly, due to different screen resolutions.

We at f i n n y + s h u f f embrace the uniqueness of ceramics and love these quirky differences. There could be slight quirks - it is the wonderful nature of clay.

Please be assured that all of our items are made of and delivered to the highest of quality.

 

How do I hang my personalised bunting?

Our bunting is finished with your choice of star or mini bunting ends. These ends have a hole in the centre ready to be hung, by simply placing over small nails / screws / whatever fixing is suitable for your needs (fixings not supplied). 

Please ensure that wherever you hang your personalised bunting, it is secure and far from reach of babies and young children. These pieces are not toys.
